What we need most is financial support. It costs us more
to serve our clients than we receive from our funding agencies (Medicaid,
etc.). If you support no other cause then please consider this; this agency
is asked several times each week to serve a child or an adult with autism
who has no place else to go.
We get calls; children taken from their homes because
they were abused and no foster care provider will take them, adults whose
parents are dying or teens with autism whose parents cannot keep getting
beat up.
We can serve these people. But we have to pay our
dedicated employees, pay the utilities and pay rent. It is not cheap. We ask
